Grandparents Day Celebration ¨C September 13, 2008
The 4th Annual Grandparents Celebration honoring Elders will include a
*** Poker Hand Car Rally (Non-Timed) ***
Rock Paper Scissors Tournament *** Cribbage Tournament
Saturday, September 13, 2008 at the Irish Club (12546- 126 St.) at 2:00 PM.
The price for the Celebration is $40.00 and includes any one of the sporting events listed above plus a Banquet, Silent and Live Auctions and Live Entertainment.
Please note: The Car Rally is not a race but a fun driving event around Edmonton with clues. The Grandparents Day Celebration invites the public along with friends and families of our seniors and volunteers to promote health and transportation through Active Participation and Volunteer Programs. Absolutely everyone is welcome! All funds raised will go to SATS to support Volunteer Driver Recruitment. Tickets are available by contacting our office as above.
